The Preventive Oncology International Center for Epidemiology and Biostatistics is located in Chicago, Illinois.

The POI center for Epidemiology and Biostatistics serves as the primary quality control agency for the research projects.  Data is double entered on site and sent for review. Discrepancies area identified and sites are queried from the office for resolution.  Responsibility for the final database accuracy and statistical analysis rests with the Center and its statistical consultants.
